Start with the brief
Open with the promise. One clear sentence beats three clever ones, and the reader decides in that sentence whether to keep going.
Everything after the promise is evidence. If a paragraph is not evidence, it is decoration, and decoration is where attention goes to die.
Write the promise
Name the outcome, not the process. The process is interesting to you; the outcome is interesting to them.
Read it aloud once. If you need a breath in the middle, it is two sentences pretending to be one.
Show the work moving
A still frame asks the reader to imagine the product working. A short loop shows it working and skips the imagining.
Keep the loop under ten seconds so it reads as evidence rather than as a video that demands a decision.
Pin the media
Pinning holds the artefact in view while the copy scrolls past, so the explanation and the thing being explained never separate.
Release the pin at the section boundary. The next artefact deserves a clean entrance.
